Good place take few memorable pictures with the ruins background. The hill closed at 6 pm I think as I unable to venture further beyond the ruins when I visited. Best time to visit is at night time where the flood lights shine on the ruins & also lesser people.

The ruins are very interesting and great photo ops however there are more interesting things to see in Macau.

Be ware on when you visit the Ruins of St. Paul. They are closed in Tues (to go inside of the memorial). I think it is always packed with tourists in this area.

This landmark is a selfie-worth place and will not take you long to stay (if you're not reading the captions spreadt all over the place stating the history of the place) and go shopping instead on the alleys you passed by on your way up here. Not good for people who have babies on strollers or elderly people on canes... More

Looking up the steps at the old facade of Sao Paulo, it is a lovely sight; but you will need to be patient and have a good camera and good luck to get your photo as, seemingly, half the city are trying to take photos too. When we were there the steps were overcrowded with visitors taking photos. This really... More

Amazing structure in a nice area. Is a quick visit and well worth the time. The road leading to it is also nice as one van go to many shops on the way there.

Get there when there is light is better. As by the time we reach there it's evening. So we still have lights to take photo of both us and the wall. As the sun goes down. It's harder to take photos

This was my first trip to Macau and went to check this site out. I thought the view of neighborhood below was pretty cool for pics. Historically it's important but I wouldnt go out of my way to go see it again. It seemed really busy for what you get to see.

We walked here from the centre of macau. Was a nice but decent stroll through the streets. Quite busy.

Not much to say. We spent maybe 5 minutes here and continued onwards to other, more interesting places. Waste of time in my opinion and I'm a huge fan of historical buildings in general.
