Lovely square surrounded by restaurants and cafés. The museum of archeology sits on the square as does an historic mosque. Unfortunately the mosque lost its minaret to the earthquake of July 2017 so it looks a bit different these days. The square is a great...More

Lots of interesting buildings and cafés/restaurants surround the square. This is also where the modern day agora is found.

If you make your way to Kos Town take a walk through the square, visit the market and maybe have a cool drink, something to eat and watch the world go by. Lots of history and interesting things to explore.

Every Monday and Wednesday afternoon the shops are closed. As well as on Sundays the whole day. The tourist shops during summer season are open the whole day everyday but the rest not.
