This square is in a more modern adjunct to the old town, surrounded by housing apartments and has no “soul” - unlike the main old town area with its cobbled alleys, restaurants and eclectic mix of shops. The square has a definite local feel about...More

Close to the Plaza you Find Altea old Town and shopping area with all kinds of shops. It is also ver close to the beach with hundreds of bars and restaurantes. This city is genuine spanish city filler with historia l moments.

A few snackbar/coffee shops and it has no real character, The old town with the more upmarket eating facilities and the church and the views are more what tourists will enjoy

A small town square with little to write home about. A few cafés, the usual (suspects) banks occupying the corners and a few old men watching from the benches at the Town Hall.
