Long and wide beach with plenty of shade and parking. Despite it being the main beach in town, and there were a ton of people, it didn't really feel crowded. And if you wanted a more secluded feel, walk 200 meters in either direction and you'd have that stretch of beach to yourself. There were a number of restaurants that... More

Definitively a beach to see if you are in Deshaie, but it can get crowded. Restaurants on the beach, some shade, but can be dangerous for kids as the bottom drops pretty quickly. We did not stay long enough, but I know it must be one of the best sport for sunsets and sunrise.

Big parking lot but can be hard to find a spot mid day at high season. Many beach bars to choose from. Waves can be a little rough, but the beach is huge and gorgeous.

This is lovely beach, but the surf is rough. Go in the morning or late in the afternoon because the parking lot gets jam packed. There are numerous restaurants open for a casual lunch at the beach. Great sunsets on this beach.

Grande Anse is a pure gem of s Caribbean beach. Wonderful views of Montserrat along with sparkling clear water, respectful people and genuinely good restaurants make this place quite special.

A beautiful beach with a nice hike to a secluded lagoon. Zion Train Restaurant was a treat too, completing the perfect day.

Lovely beach with a view on a hill and another island, light brown / red sand. There is current there and it is quickly deep, so it is great if you like that but be careful for small children I would not recommend unless they are good swimmer. It is a very long beach with a mangrove on one side!!!... More

Beautiful beach with quite a few restaurants. Recommend Liline, if you go. Parking can be tough especially on weekends.

Very nice spot to spend the day but quite popular so expect crowds. The beach is big enough that you can spread out if you don't mind walking a bit to get away from the crowds. Lots of mediocre restaurants and some rental spots for lounge chairs etc.. worth a visit!

Accessed by a turn to the west from a round-a-bout, it can become extremely crowded on a nice day, but don't let that deter you. There is more parking than it appears, and often there will be a space at the end of the road to the left between the numerous beach shack lunch spots and the beach itself. The... More
