My wife and I were lucky enough to get a tour by ourselves. The guide was lovely and informative. Very quaint distillery, well worth seeing. Tasting was very nice with a good range of whisky tasted for the price of the tour.

Couldn't fit the tour in my schedule but had to call into the shop to purchase the goods! Friendly, knowledgeable, staff, attentive without being too much so. Large range of whisky and associated goods. Quite willing to give tasters before you purchase! I'm going back!

When arranging the trip, we were told via email, that no booking was required for the regular whiskey tour (bigger groups would be split apart into 2 groups). At the time of our arrival, the staff told us, that the tour was full and we...More

Myself and my dad attended the 'straight from the cask' tour last weekend, was fantastic. Our tour guide Sean was very knowledgeable and told us lots of interesting things about the history of the distillery. The tour starts with a little history about the distillery...More

We did the cask strength tour. The guide knew what he was talking about. It is a very beautifull site. Unfortunately You are not allowed to take pictures inside the production facilities. The tasting of the destillerys own cask strength produkts was really nice.

Excellent and very informative tour on both the process and history of both the distillery and the Chivas heritage. They also sell a drivers pack of 5 bottles in a case to take home your samples if you are driving. Excellent

I am wondering 2 things, is there much repetition if you do the traditional tour and The Chivas Cellar Tasting and also if you do the cellar tasting does it also include a drivers pack of samples?

I would recommend the tasting tour, even if you do decant the samples, it's good to get a run down on the individual products. Drivers pack was a few quid more but obviously money well spent! By the way, we found the tour... More
