Recently stayed at the coconut court hotel and the beech is amazing. There is a man made reef which makes swimming very safe.

Considering this is supposed to be a top notch Caribbean Destination the beaches let it down, they are not maintained and are very dirty, Hastings Beach was no different and you just get harrassed by Hawkers

lovely blue sea, white sand, do need deck shoes, as you are right on the reef so its quite rocky. amazing to see the baby turtles, and also the conservationists coming to put them back to their natural habitat. did see a few quite large...More

Hastings beach is lovely and the boardwalk which you can walk along is good to visit the bars and restaurants on route. Lots of small sandy bays to enjoy and steps to sit on and relax watching the boats and at night the locals fishing....More

I believe you can either rent or if staying at a hotel, use theirs. But I do think there are some there for rent, but not positive
