I can highly recommend this little town. The restaurants are good and the beach is awesome. The water is refreshing and crystal clear. The sand is beautiful and there are several bars and restaurants along the long stretch of beach.

We just spent an evening there and I think its a nice beach but too crowded compare to where we were ( Zahora & El Palmar). Many good restaurants but its better to reserve in advance in August.

New restaurant (I'm hoping). You pay upfront, fast food style......table of 8 between the first plate coming out and the last I'd say 50mins. The food was mediocre and the service was with a smile, but you got he impression the young lady didn't have...More

It remains me about norther california with the huge natural beaches. We love those kind of nature and like that it is still "untouched". Been here many times and also with small kids. Might be a little not windy and the water might be cold,...More

Must be one of the coolest villages I've been to, it has a relaxed and slightly bohemic atmosphere. Pubs and restaurants everywhere, so you have plenty to do. The beach is marvellous, clean, easy to walk and the water has a lovely turquoise tint. I...More

You need to visit this beach is all what I can say. You may need a car to get there, but honestly it is worth it. One of my favorite places from the south of Spain.

Loads of bars and restaurants to choose from, quite quiet with a lovely beach. Stayed for two nights and that was probably enough (unless you love being on the beach all day in which case you'd be fine for as long as you like).

One of my favourite beaches in all my travels. The water is cold and the waves are high and it's great fun. The beach is vast so there's plenty of space. There are bars and restaurants on the beach. There are also sun beds and...More

Look in El Puerto de Santa Maria, you can walk to the train station but better yet to the ferries that will take you across the bay to Cadiz.

there is a small little place in el Puerto de Santa Maria that is quite charming and not expensive at all. This is the closest place I know at such short notice and would bet there is a spot available as it is new and not... More
