The Glenfiddich Distillery has reopened to guests. Initially we will be operating reduced opening hours, these are Wednesday – Sunday, 09:30 – 16:00. Whilst we work to create a new and exciting tour experience for guests from mid-August, our current offering will include: The Robbie Dhu Terrace A specially created covered patio terrace overlooking the Robbie Dhu Burn will offer: Tea, coffee and cakes: 09:30–16:00 Breakfast: 09:30–11:30 Lunch: 12:00–15:30 Afternoon tea (please allow 24hrs notice):12:00 – 15:30 Whisky Lounge Relax in a leather armchair and enjoy tutored nosing and tastings, tailored whisky flights or bespoke cocktails and mocktails crafted by your personal bartender, available from 10:00 – 16:00 in our new luxury exclusive whisky lounge. Capacity is restricted to 5 groups and over-18s only to ensure an experience to remember.

We have started drinking Whiskey and while in Scotland decided to visit the distillery shop, what a great selection of whiskey they had. Starting at the lower end to the pricey ones.

A special place and an amazing experience!

Amazing experience visiting the Glenfiddich Distillery. Our tour guide, Glenda was amazing, so knowledgeable and so loyal to the brand. We loved each minute of the tour. The place is so beautifully kept and you can see the love the employees havefor the place and it’s heritage.
The whiskey shop had a great selection and we enjoyed a great lunch at the coffe shop.
If you are doing the Malt whiskey trail or are in the area you must visit this place!

A great tour

We have visited a number of distilleries in Kentucky, USA. This distillery tour was special. The variety of stills was a spectacular sight. The sampling was interesting and we really appreciated the on-site dining option. We had hiked from a nearby village and needed lunch and water. The cafe staff was very accommodating and pleasant. All in all, a great experience.

Really gone downhill

I'd been to Glenfiddick a few years ago but it seems like most of the areas of the distillery that were previously open are now shut to the public which might be down to Covid, but there wasn't really much to look at. The restaurant used to be in a big open building but it's now relocated and the food was terrible, both dishes we ordered were awful. When we complained, the waitress shrugged it off and said she'd let the chef know and nothing further was said.
So disappointed as it used to be so good. Glenlivet is far more impressive now!

Absolutely fantastic tour. Informative and entertaining with an amazing tasting experience at the end. Bryan our guide had so much enthusiasm for whiskey it was infectious. We highly recommend a visit!!! Thankyou

Excellent tour guide

We really enjoyed our recent visit to the distillery. Our guide Brian was very knowledgeable and showed a real passion for whisky and Glenfiddich. He even managed to convert my self-confessed whisky hating wife! Brian is a real credit to the Glenfiddich team and we wouldn't hesitate to book another tour if he was our guide.

Best distillery Tour -Glenfiddich

This was my second visit at Glenfiddich distillery tour and it felt like I learnt a lot more than my first visit .. it was more of a refresher. our tour guide Brian was amazing. He made our tour a lot more fun & interesting with his knowledge and skills .

I am so happy to have met him

The 23 year old Grand Cru was an addition at the tasting and it blew my mind off …

Thank you for making this trip so memorable

And hope to see Brian next time I visit Glenfiddich

And I was happy to learn that my fav gin Hendricks is also made here ❤️ and so is Monkey Shoulder 🥃🥃

Exceptional Tour, beautiful whisky.

Beautiful distillery to visit and the tour was exceptional; made so by our brilliant guide Brian. He had a wealth of knowledge and went over and above to ensure we had a great day out. He created one of best distillery tours we have done to date.

Lunch in the Robbie Dhu restaurant was excellent. Then onto a tour with tasting at the end. Brian, our tour guide, was excellent explaining at every stage and stopping point what was going on. The whole family enjoyed the visit.
