We stayed on the promenade and went for daily walks and runs. The promenade stretches all the way from Protaras Fig Tree Bay to Penera and have lovely restaurants and bars all the way. Also gives excess to all the watersports and beaches.

Handy, picturesque, safe, as no vehicles or bikes, over looking the sea and the hotels. You can walk into town in 10 minutes, Protaras 30

If you take a nice leisurely walk about 15 to 20 minutes it also depends on weather you stop for a drink along the way
