This temple is situated inside the Kangla fort. Sanamahi is oldest and original sect followed by Manipuris and hence the temple is important. The temple is very clean and not at all crowded.

During our visit to Kangla Fort recently and even on earlier visit I was told that Sanamahi faith is a powerful faith in Manipur society and the Temple inside the Fort is clean, beautiful and magnificently white. Good to get a chance to visit it.

This is located within the Kangla complex. It is surrounded by the pristine greenery of the fields, the polo ground and the hills. This place takes you to another dimension.
