I have done 8 weeks here so far. Going back again Feb 2019. The puritans tend to slate the place, rather unnecessarily in my view. I've taken the family here & friends too. Prices are a bit below average which is good. Most of the...More

La Rosiere is just as welcoming in summer as it is in the winter. Went to watch the Tour de France stage finish in La Rosiere, fantastic to see Geraint Thomas win the stage. Marvellous atmosphere all day, a real fete!

Great family break over Easter. Fab snow sports and some good restaurants to eat in. Nice and relaxed resort with an amazing view! We had a great time and have booked to visit again next year.

La Rosiere is small, quiet and sunny (especially in good weather) village. Les Eucherts is a small off shoot from La Rosiere linked by a street light forest walk to the east - the children call this the 'Narnia Walk'... Within La Rosiere there are...More

The view is breathtaking, the skiing is sublime for skiers of all levels, the off-piste powder is the best I've skied in Europe, and the hospitality and authentic Savoyard flavor of this charming French alpine village that welcomes English speaking tourists makes for lasting memories...More

There are attractive aspects to this resort but I would not recommend it for anyone other then beginners and then it is limited. The links with the Italian side are poor, linked by a small red run, which is narrow and when busy not easy....More
