A beautiful piece of history well worth a visit with open welcoming helpful staff, the architecture inside is stunning and there are frequently events held within that are definitely worth keeping an eye out for usually posted online and around calderdale

This lovely church is still consecrated. Nice and cool in summer when I visited, believe that it can be a bit cold in winter. Cannot better the details in some other reviews, so won't try. Might be best to arrange a visit.
This Unitarian church is up high, central and overlooks this small market town. Alas, each time I go it is closed (as I was ten minutes ago). It's steeple is huge, the approach road steep, but it is an architectural gem.

This Unitarian church looks like many Victorian Gothic churches, but careful cultural reading inside discloses its Unitarian heritage.
It is impressive that the custodians manage to keep the church in good repair, open, and with a set of ringable bells.
