Driving through the birthplace of one of the NHL's greatest captains(Bobby Clarke) its a great stop to see the statue of one Josiah Flintabatty. Located on the edge of Flin Elon. There is also a campground and tourist information office. Worth a short visit!

He is iconic to a trip to Flin Flon. He's been guarding us since I was a little girl with his green outfit and pioneer spirit.

Nothing really special, there are some trains. There is an old museum there, but the kids weren't really impressed.

City was named off this fictional character from a book found by a prospector. Al Capp come up with character in 1962. Pics taken at different angles can give a different perspective of him.

Always a joy to see Flinty. There's plenty of parking, a good write up on what he's about, and now he's one of only two pokestops in town.

This statue is a modern marvel. If you need to charter a plane, or drive across the country it is a must see. Absolutely stunning.
