Great scenery-service lacking at cafe

Fantastic views from the centre with great accessible boardwalks-definitely need a jumper as it can be chilly. Ordered some coffees and hot chocs at the cafe. Was unsure if they... read more

Visited twice. Once with the kids when the weather was bad. I actually enjoyed it, it was like free falling! So much wind and rain. I had the right gear on though. The centre was a welcome break from the weather. Came back without kids on a sunny day. Great amble along the board walk with fabulous views of the... More

It's really scenic with great views and the boardwalk is really great. I even saw a penguin in its burrow! I didn't go into the centre or the cafe but enjoyed the walk.

Fantastic views from the centre with great accessible boardwalks-definitely need a jumper as it can be chilly. Ordered some coffees and hot chocs at the cafe. Was unsure if they had table service so stood around waiting for the barista, eventually the young man who served me gave me a buzzer. When the drinks were ready I went to collect... More

Didn't go inside, but the boardwalks have spectacular views. If driving, go back to the Penguin Parade via the gravel road for more spectacular views

Great location and a pleasant shop but a little pricey. Great walks around the raised walkways. Stunning views out to sea.

We love the Nobbies so much we come for a monthly visit! It's such a tranquil place to relax despite all the people there, just to look out at nature and enjoy what it has to offer you can drown out the noise it's that beautiful! Will be back again, like always!

If you are visiting Phillip Island, you can't deviate from Nobbies Centre as a prelude to the Penguin Parade. Scenic view on the South Ocean, volcanic rocks, and the seals' population on the close by island.

I first visited when it was called Seal centre. I loved it then. Didn't go inside this time, but really enjoyed the walk and the views. Good day out. Worth a visit. And it's free to walk & seal watch.

Since moving to Phillip Island, I've visited the Nobbies Centre a number of times but have never undertaken the Antarctic Journey. We had visitors from Melbourne with a toddler so had morning tea and then went on the Antarctic Journey. I enjoyed it for myself but watching the little one interact with the exhibits was fantastic. Although nearly two years... More
