The cascade falls are very picturesque, and this is a great place for a picnic with good facilities, kayak rentals, etc. I did find it rather crowded though. If you are looking for more peace and tranquility than I suggest Dorwin Falls on the other...More

Amazing place to chill. Two entrances from the highway. Entrance closer to Rawdon has better tanning places and gets sun longer, entrance closer to montreal (coming from the 25) has better BBQ/picnic table spots. Either choice you can explore the rocks and sit in the...More

This is one of the places to visit while in the launadiere, cascades Rawdon are the start of Lac Pontbriand. It is a very relaxing place to take sun on one of the rocks or just a nice swim. Great for families

The place is super crowded. Basically its a huge barbecue area with an option to go into the water (although there are signs not to do it).

This is such a great place to come with the kids. Pack a picnic and bathing suits. Sit on the hill side overlooking the falls. These falls are fun to walk in with natural pools to just sit and chill.
