We were recommended by our accommodation providers to have a pasta cooking class with Vilma - and were not disappointed! What a great morning learning Vilma's secrets on how to make amazing, fresh, tasty pasta! She was welcoming, full of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. She taught us how to make ravioli, tortellini, penne, spaghetti... More

Vilma was such a lovely lady. She taught us how to make different types of fresh pasta and then cooked it and we got to eat it. She even gave us a lift back to our hostel as it was raining. Really enjoyed spending the morning with her. Thank you

A fun and informative experience. Wilma is an enthusiastic and talented cook, so was very enjoyable learning to make and cook fresh pasta in her kitchen. She was very accommodating and we were lucky enough to try a bottle of wine made from the on site winery, which was as delicious as the food.

This was an amazing experience! Wilma is such a good teacher and she really let me be hands-on. She is an amazing chef so of course the pasta we made came out wonderful. She was so sweet and picked me up and dropped me off at the airbnb I was staying at because her restaurant and house were too far... More

I've just had the most amazing time learning to make fresh pasta with Wilma! She was so welcoming and accommodating when I wanted to take photos throughout the session. The lesson was a real eye opener as to how easy it actually is to make your own fresh pasta and how tasty it is to eat afterwards. Thank you so... More

We (my husband, daughter and son-in-law) had a wonderful time making fresh, delicious ravioli, spaghetti, tortellini and farfalle pasta with our lovely hostess, Wilma. She is delightful, funny, patient and proud of her little shop and it was clear to us that she truly loves to teach others and share her recipes. After we made the pasta, we went for... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with Wilma! He is a consumer, not a food preparer, but I insisted he attend with me. He loved it. Wilma patiently showed us how to make 3 different ravioli shapes with different fillings. Then, we chose--farfalle, pappardelle, and penne. We took them with us, ate the ravioli that night, and froze... More

We loved our pasta making class whilst we were on holiday in Tuscany. Wilma is lovely, very patient and explains exactly what you need to do. We made five different types of pasta including stuffed pasta and spaghetti with a fab stringed utensil! You can either pay to make the pasta and take it away, or pay to have Wilma... More

I have a few mixed reviews about my experience. I spent 3 weeks in Europe doing various cooking classes and tours in 4 different cities. So my review may be a little bias because I am comparing this to everything else that I did. The class was just okay for me. There were 5 other people in the class plus... More
