Great experience to see this family business and listen's to the passion in their work. Perfect for kids as they can play with the cows, see the milking method, the actual cheese manufacturing process and taste the product... having said that I'd wish we had...More

Farm was built after original one was destroyed when water pipe used for electric generation burst. Built as a state of art farm with animal welfare in mind. Hear the story of how the cheese is made including how it gets its characteristic blue colour....More
