The best place not only for looking but also exploration and experience the real life of the minority people here. If you are wondering about the real lifestyle of original people, The Ethnographic Museum is clearly the best choice for sure.

Very interesting museum of local history and culture with some good displays of the local ethnic groups and videos of special ceremonies.

The museum was full of interactive models and it wasn't all placed in glass cabinets which were really impressive. the models that were outside were made to be used and we had that chance to climb up into one of the houses. This is a...More

For Vietnamese museums this was much lass propaganda orientated than normal. Good exhibitions on local ethnic crafts and traditions, lay out is a little confusing but lovely big halls.

Inside was a lot a reading and some cultural artifacts such as clothing, tools. It was interesting about the number, location and migration of the different ethics groups in Asia. Outside had homes to walk around and into after a few teenagers were bored. Some...More
