Lovely afternoon walk along the beach looking in rock pools and enjoying the sea. A stop for coffee afterwards but always a pleasant walk on the sand.

Just happened to come across this beach. Soo nice and sandy. Dogs are allowed as well. Didn’t actually go in the sea the day we were there so can’t say about the incline into the water.

A great place to walk the dog on the sand and explore the rock pools with the children. You can walk to Ogmore by Sea or even venture into the sand dunes from here.

This beach, and the nearby sand dunes are the best place in Porthcawl to walk the dog! Enjoyed numerous walks and will visit again!

Sorry no idea, I found an easy place to park with access directly to the dunes from a spot in the local housing area. It is not suitable for childrens buggies and the like. My apologies for the delay in responding. I... More
