Just such a pleasant experience all round. This was the second time myself and my daughter have ridden here whilst on holiday. The booking system is v straightforward and the communication is always friendly. The ponies are happy and well cared for. They take the time time to get to know you a bit and assess your riding ability. Out on the trek, Becky was fab, making sure everyone was ok and pointing out interesting things. A real delight. Hope we can come again soon.

I am rarely so impressed with a business as this. It was so refreshing to deal with the staff here who were so accommodating with changing plans. So much so I think quite a few places could adopt this sensible approach to dealing with people. All of the five children who went had the best experience. Excellent! Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful three rides with Beckie (Arena, Beach, Woodland Trek). Beckie was a truly wonderful guide and riding companion. Everybody at MRC was really helpful, (thank you Hazel). The stables were at a high quality and care and love for the horses was clear. As a disabled (blind) rider I felt very safe and supported, being allowed to ride to the full extent of my capabilities; including a gallop on Pendine beach. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend them. I can’t wait to see the video. Mary Leigh - a very contented rider😀

Never been horse riding before and was so nervous when they brought the horses out.
Myself and my husband had a great time.
As soon as we arrived the lady is the office was so nice and friendly and our instructor Amber was amazing.
The only downfall is we’re going back to London tomorrow otherwise I’d have booked again.
Highly recommend Marros Riding Centre, brilliant way to spend your time and definitely worth the money.

We booked an hour session - 3 mins learning how to control our horses and the rest of the time riding a trail around the centre. The instructors were really helpfully and friendly and the horses were lovely. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

I went with my brother and my mum on a woodland trek as a beginner. Neither me (16) or my brother (12) had ridden before and our guide, Becky, showed us step by step how to mount and ride the horse. I had Oscar who was very gentle and didn't move too fast, and my brother rode Ginger who was equally as lovely. Becky kept us entertained the whole trek. Overall, a great experience uand we couldn't have asked for more.

My partner booked me this whilst away on holiday as a confidence boost.
After not riding for nearly 3 years due to a riding accident I was very nervous but this was amazing.
1/2 hour lesson followed by a 1/2 hour hack it was truly amazing and just what I needed.
Oscar was a very placid horse who looked after me. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves horse riding.
The staff were great and put me at ease, you book online and put your details and riding experience in the details. The fact the staff know my history when I arrived and spoke to me about it just showed how much they care and respect their riders. ❤️

Our daughter had a combination riding lesson for her birthday whilst on holiday and loved it! The class was informative and she loved the trek that followed. Staff were lovely and the horses looked happy and well cared for. Highly recommend

Hi, We do Toddler Taster Sessions which are £12 per rider. They meet the pony, mount, ride 2 circuits of the indoor school and feed the pony a treat at the end. Adults can stay in the school whilst the toddler is taking part and can take lots of photos. For a five year old, we recommend a combination session which is half and hour lesson and half an hour trek. This is a great introduction and suitable for all the family.

We do beach rides for riders who are over 16 yrs and are competent and confident at galloping in open spaces. The rides are 2.1/2 hr. We do 1 hour treks for the less experienced - this is all off road riding in our own private woodland. If you would like to book please phone 01994 453777.

My youngest daughter has been riding for 18 months and my other daughter (14) and wife are novices . I used to ride albeit 25 years ago!

Hi, Thank you for your enquiry. We offer Toddler Taster Sessions where they get fitted with a hat and pair of boots, meet the pony, get on board, ride 2 circuits of the indoor school and finally feed the pony a treat at the end. You are able to stay in the school with them and take photos etc during the session. This usually takes around 10 minutes in total. The cost is £10 per rider and would need to be booked in advance.
