Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

An amazing place to spend the day, plenty to do with regarding shopping, we where a coach party and had lunch organised with a Elvis tribute band. There is a great works, pavers, Bon marche, Edinburgh wool, and many more. Even plants.

We visited here again having been 5 years ago. Browsed around and had a bite to eat for around 3 hours. Great variety of shops to visit. All staff we met were very friendly. Just wished we lived closer.

Certainly not what it was, lacking in all departments with exception of Works concession and the coffee shop, works is what works always is and good coffee in the upstairs cafe, as for the rest it’s just a huge disappointment, it seems as though there have been noticeable cut backs on product lines and choice.
We won’t be going back.

I hadn't been to Ozzie Mills before, but went with my elderly Mum. We thought that there was plenty of choice in the clothing department, for all ages and got exactly what Mum needed ;) Also, the Mill was very convenient because it wasn't too large and sprawling. I bought some bedding which I'm very pleased with, great quality and good value. The staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful and the icing on the cake was the lunch we had in the Pavilion; excellent home cooked food. On the way out, we went through the garden centre which had an amazing selection of plants. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

Went to have a good look round and Lunch....Had seen all in an hour even after taking our time but were looking forward to our lunch in the cafe which we had done a few times last year.....Well, we were left disappointed as the lunch did not live up to the previous good quality we had eaten at earlier visits....Such a shame....Lovely cafe and staff but quality not there now.....

After reading what this place had to offer, we decided to give it a visit. We left disappointed. It’s not as big as we expected and even after eating lunch in one of their coffee shops, still only managed to fill three hours at a push. Wouldn’t rush back.

We, a party of handicapped and elderly folk, went there recently and many of us were not impressed.
The staff were friendly (didn’t bite) and polite, eager to help and advise.
Christmas lunch was ‘so so’ and lacked flavour with sprouts that had been on the boil since February (last year)! In it’s defence, it was hot.
The shops are so crowded out with far too many displays that the essentials (toilets) were so difficult to find.
It was like obstacle course pushing a wheelchair through the display stands! Added to that, there are far too many adverts and hardly any signs for the toilets!
I would recommend any coach parties to see where their coach parks up!

We went to the Mill to look at the Christmas decorations and decide to have something to eat. We went into the cafe at the Christmas display area, and I'm sorry to say that the food was awful. Hubby had the fish finger butty and I had the cheese and relish toasty.
Both items came with a side of chips. The chips was about the best food to be honest. The 'posh' fish finger butty was anything but. And I left the toasty was inedable. Hard and tasteless.
Sadly our hot drinks weren't hot either. We won't be going again anytime soon. Sorry.

As far as I can remember yes they do. Wasn’t impressed with the quality of things there though. Boundary Mill which is close by is far far better and the quality of things is far better.
As someone once said to me you take your choice and pay the price. Can’t recommend the other place personally sorry.
