Its a great walk through the Old streets of Mardin, its a beautiful old Sandstone building. Also the view is also worth it looking back down on Old Mardin.

If you have one week in Mardin you can walk and visit everything but if you are here just for 2-3days don't waist your time. Building it's almost the same like Zinciriye but bigger. I don't know why but I prefer the first one maybe...More

There is a fountain inside but nobody reads the history board which exist just near fountain. It shows us the steps of life, infanthood, childood, mid life, senectitude and death.

A really nice medrese to see. You can have Grate photos inside. Also a panoramic view of the city. Not far from the centre.

I definitely recommend all travelers to visit this place during the sunset. It is just breaktaking to watch the sunset above this beautiful madrasha overlooking the mesapotamia. I will be back!!!

A must see historical building in Mardin. It feels like the whole Mesopotamia Valley is right under your feet. The beautiful sun and the atmosphere (also helpful local staff) helps you take great pictures. I enjoyed a lot and really recommend this place. FYI Around...More
