Ok for the kids

Nice place set in a lovely forrest, but, umm got to be honest the dinosaurs are ok at best and the various stages of monkey developing into man are bad, some are shocking!! The Megalosaurus is good but if your expecting Jurassic park you'll be disappointed. Overall not too bad as long as your expectations are low, the boards in... More

We had a lovely day out here lots of.dinosaurs. the prehistoric village was interesting. The children loved the rock painting. We didn't pay extra for the go ape type facility but it looked quite good. Entrance fees were extremely reasonable. Would.recommemd.

However, the "easy tour" mentioned in the flyer could lead people with disabilities to think they can take it. The first rocky 15% slope might prove them wrong. Note that no refund was offered when I turned back after 5mn of visit.

A number of comments have been made about the inaccuracies of the models but I think this criticism is misplaced. Our grandchildren aged 7,5 and 2 enjoyed the visit, particularly the animated models. We didn't expect an absolutely accurate depiction of the creatures on display. The information - in French and English - was short and usually interesting. A cafe... More

On leaving Rocamadour last year we noticed this but we were too late to go in so promised ourselves we would visit this year. It was quite a hot day when we arrived. We thought that the kids would love it, we have a 4 year old boy and 1 year old girl and our friends a 4 year old... More

This is a nice place to go on a hot day. The shade of the ravine keeps the worst of the sun out. The characters build are for the most part really good, and the signs detailing the exhibitions are quite good as well. A very interesting detail, is that the signs detailing the plant life, are placed where you... More

Slight disappointed with the parc. The model dinosaurs had seen better days. We walked around in an hour and at €25 for 2 adults and 2 children did not feel it was worth the one hour drive. Feel there are better things to do in the area.

We have been visiting the Dino Parc annually for about 5 years now and we are seeing a re-investment with improvements and new acquisitions. This year there is a large-scale animatronic display of a T-Rex 'attacking' a stegosaurus. The kids loved it. It's quite impressive. Sure some of the exhibits look a tad amateurish but I think that adds to... More

Quite nice park with good quality Dino models. I went there with two children of 3 and 5. They really liked it, so did I, although my expectations where not very high. Recommended when you are staying not too far away.

Yes, some of the dino models have seen better days but overall it is a good way to spend 2 hrs of your vacation if you have young children. (Or if you're like me, an adult who still thinks dinos are cool) Each model comes with a short description in French and English however, they have other languages available presented... More
