Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The cave itself is nice, even ifnotdifferentfromsimilarcaveselsewhere.
I leave only 3 stars as the tour was too short in my opinion:the guide (a blonde woman) seemed to be ina hurry, and our grop of 15-10 persons was inside a little less than 30minutes. There was not enough time just to stand and admire.
Also, some information posted on the ticket sales point (times of operation, excursions, guides in other langages than Serbian, prices) would be appreciated.

When visiting Resavska cave one must ask himself/herself how is it possible for nature to spontaneously create such a manificent beauty. Despite the lack of answer to such a question, one must definitely visit this natural wonder for sure. All recommendations!

Extremely nicely organised tour. The cave halls are probably a little smaller than what I have seen elsewhere but the richness of cave jewellery surpasses some French and Indochina caves. The only thing missing is audio of the tour in English. But really really worth experience.

Cave itself it`s magnificent.
Well marked, good light, excellent guide. My recommendation is to wear boots and jacket. It is very slippery so be careful. It is allowed to take photos but tour last so short that there is not enough time for everything (to walk, listening to guide, see cave jewelry and take photos.
We were a group of around 40 people and the opened the cave just for us. So,if you decide to go by yourself, maybe you should call first...

Bring a fleece and wear sensibel shoes as it's cold and slippery. The tour takes around an hour or so and there is one in English at certain times. The caves have beautiful examples of stalactites, stalagmites and columns all wonderfully lit. Highlight was the 'banquet hall' with petrified hanging galleries. You could imagine finding 'sleeping beauty' here!

It might be worth visiting if you are visiting from countries where such caves do not exist.
For me, it's not so special or worth visiting considering the time I have to spare for the visit.
In some tours, the visit to the cave may be combined with a waterfall close by. The waterfall is not that special either, although the water is very clear and the atomosphere is calming.

There are many beautiful formations to see in this cave. The path through the cave is in reasonably good condition. The cave can only be seen with a guide, and the only issue we had was that the tour guide spoke only Serbian, even though we were promised at the ticket booth that some English-language explanations would be provided. Be sure to check the language spoken by the cave guide before entering.

Due to our climate changes we could be forced to use this type of lodging in a near future. There are few halls but I prefer Concert hall, Crystal hall and Choral Channel.
"Coral Channel"- hall and jewelry in it were created by the flow of air, which is a unique case in the world. Namely, flying from the cave flows cold air as it enters warm. Winter is the opposite, warmer air flows from the cave, and it goes cold. A drop of droplets of water that fall from the ceiling, binds clay particles in the air and hangs over the walls of the hall. Therefore, jewelery is made of coral.

Not the most impressive cave that I have seen, but quite nice and not crowded. Unfortunately, they do not let you take the photos inside except at some specific spots.
