Nestled on the banks of the Anatoki River and surrounded by native bush, Wild Earth is a magical world where friendly animals, nature, history and art combine. We also offer mini-golf, a licenced cafe, traditional wood-fired spitroasts, and the famous Anatoki Eels, who have been fed here for 100 years!

Wild Earth is no more. The salmon farm park next door has taken over. Sadly hardly no animals left but the tame eels are still there ($2 charge but park is free) and cafe still going

Hi Tessa, We miss running Wild Earth, but are happy with how the Salmon Farm have kept access to the Eels and have spruced up the place. The animals are still ours, just spending their days grazing and relaxing as opposed to having visitors. We'll...More

The park was a lovely way to spend a morning with our family. Possibly a few more animals would have been good, but the ones there were heaps of fun for our boys to feed. The eels are always a highlight, though I wonder with...More

Our lil munchkin enjoyed being up close to all the animals. Thank you guys for having us! The walk down the stream and thru the forest to the river of eels was also amazing.

Free entry is great! Just buy food for eels and animals and can't begrudge owners that. It is small but really lovely with fab staff and gorgeous animals. Also a brilliant cafe with delicious healthy food. My son devoured his homemade burger in about 2...More
