I love it because it's close and has a lot. I'm talking you can spend the whole day there. Take a change of clothes for the kids in case they get wet in the water play area.

Great zoo (but small) wonderful for kids and you can feed the animals on a train ride. Not a lot of food venders and the bathrooms are spread out. It's not expensive and if you just want to get out of the house it's worth...More

The Eifel zoo is a lovely place in that it is set within the Eifel forest and well integrated into its natural surroundings. They have some really old animals, which is lovely as that makes it a sanctuary on top of being a zoo.

Our school takes some classes here on field trips. The animals are in mediocre care, the staff is unfriendly, and the price is high. This is a scenic part of the Eifel, the zoo is not worth a stop.

Kids loved it. It was a bit worn out. It's a shame you have to pay extra for some activities. It's a good day out when your kids are max 7 years of age. Food was good, german sizesd portions.

The kids loved the bears and all the other animals. We went for a nice long walk and there were a lot of kids activities everywhere along the way. Very well maintained. A definite recommendation for a day out in the Eiffel area.
