Southwards Car Museum I'd say would appeal to a range of age groups, even if your not that into cars you might find something of interest, well worth a look

I think $ 17 is a bit to much 10-12 $$$ would be realistic. Anyway, nice for car lovers. But it's not like a car museum in Europe, specially like Germany. Where you have also a lovely museum. They put the cars in the big hall,... Not so lovely arranged.

What a fantastic experience for people (well, men and boys) who love cars and motorcycles. We rolled up on a rainy day and the place was ours. What a delight my companion petrol head and I oohed and aahed as we came across one beauty after another. The motorcycle collection is very British in focus, apart from an R60 Beemer... More

I have gone past many times & never stopped. I had some free time this weekend and decided to go and check it out. What an impressive collection of vehicles from vintage to racing, bikes, army vehicles etc all with their own story. Entry price at $17 Adult was OK ... it all helps keep the place running as they... This is another attraction that we just happened upon. Once again, we are glad we did. The cars we laid out in an orderly manner with many very interesting specimens ranging from the very first automobiles, some with fillers rather than steering wheels. It includes contemporary cars like Ferraris and Lamborginis. It has a gull wing Mercedes from 1955. The... More

If you are into looking at cars, motorbikes and anything historical in the automotive age, then you must go here for a visit. You could spend hours and hours here looking at some of the greatest vehicles ever made.

Huge variety of vehicles from early 1900s through to today. Some of the American vehicles from the 1940s and 1950s were quite unique. Nice range of British and Australian cars from the 60s and 70s downstairs. The curator was a really friendly guy with lots of interesting stories about the exhibits and the history of the museum. Don't expect too... More

The Southward Car Museum has a huge collection of cars and walking through you can't help but be impressed by the extensive collection. Great for kids and grand parents alike! You need a couple of hours to really take in the whole place.
