Spent a great full day here with grandparents and young kids. Don't miss the basement area too where there are more interesting vehicles

A must to see when passing through or for a day out. Great history and many memories for all ages with a dash of reminiscing for good measure.

I'm not much of a car buff so wasn't expecting great things. How wrong I was! There are cars galore, from an1895 Benz to a gangster Cadillac (complete with bullet holes in the bulletproof glass), race cars to humble electric cars and just about everything in between. Lots of interesting stories about what's on display and the full range of... More

A superb car and motor cycle museum. As a visitor from the UK, I have to say this rivals our best. The variety and quality of exhibits is breathtaking. The family including 2 small children spent a truly enjoyable afternoon exploring the two halls, which also include other non-car related items. We had lots of fun arguing about which car... More

Absolutely no issues in recommending this museum, great facility which has only matured with age. My children enjoyed it just as much as I did when I was their age.

I think $ 17 is a bit to much 10-12 $$$ would be realistic. Anyway, nice for car lovers. But it's not like a car museum in Europe, specially like Germany. Where you have also a lovely museum. They put the cars in the big hall,... Not so lovely arranged.

Southwards Car Museum I'd say would appeal to a range of age groups, even if your not that into cars you might find something of interest, well worth a look

What a fantastic experience for people (well, men and boys) who love cars and motorcycles. We rolled up on a rainy day and the place was ours. What a delight my companion petrol head and I oohed and aahed as we came across one beauty after another. The motorcycle collection is very British in focus, apart from an R60 Beemer... More
