This was a fun evening, learning about maple syrup, the french canadien culture and great food and entertainment too! This dinner and/or attraction is a perfect way to spend part of your time while visiting Quebec City or whike travelling in Quebec!

There is a smoked salmon appetizer that is fantastic. It must be local fish. The burgers are good too. The beer is typical microbrew beer, decent selection.
