A huge expanse of sandy beach that runs for miles with a small cluster of cafes and shops at the foot. Pebble backed there's also a path above the beach that runs above the beach from the airport. My dog absolutely loved it.

It is not the most brilliant beach of all time, because there are no rocks and rock pools and sometimes no sand. Years ago we used to come here in the evenings, park at the airport end, lit a fire and put in dry bladderwrack...More

Lovely beach free of crowds (was in June half term). One cafe, easy parking, big sky, sandy beach, relax and enjoy

Uncrowded beaches for miles, easy parking and great for the dogs to run. Apparently a productive fishing beach too!

Lovely beach well worth a visit, lovely views of the mountains ..... with one part of it dog friendly. A bit rocky in places but nevertheless it is lovely.

This is a lovely but busy beach, but plenty of free parking and lots of places to eat. Good, clean toilets (20p) and a long promenade to walk along or up the dinlle to get the beautiful views over to Newborough beach

Has anyone tried the Wifi? How good is it? I often need to work remotely and require a reasonable amount of bandwidth for Skype video calls/conferencing etc.

The chippy up the top end was awful, we got chips and sausage, by the time we'd got back to the caravan park the grease from the chips had soaked through and the sausage smelled like dog food :( the ice cream from the shop... More
