Very pricey and run down. But the children loved it. Be sure to bring your own food and stay a while to get your monies worth. Plus the line ups can get crazy long.

Great park but for a family it ran a bit pricey if you can get coupons worth it to go and stay for the day with a picnic

Just came back from my first time at the park. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit apprehensive as I wondered about cleanliness and upkeep. My expectations were exceeded. The facility looked great, the lineups were not long, the kids had a great time on the tube rides, the water wasn't too chilly, and there... More

Splashdown is always a summertime classic outing, with the chaos, sunburns and all! However, to make your visit more enjoyable avoid days when there are dozens of summer camps visiting. The lineups for the slide get up to 45 min long. I've heard it's less busy on cooler days, but then you have to consider whether you will get cold.... More

We took the BC Ferries over for a day trip. We walked on the ferry to keep costs down and were easily able to take the bus from the ferry to the slides. Get off at the first stop and then about a 10 minute walk. Thankfully we were told before we went, that if you present your BC Ferry... More

This is a clean older waterslide park. You can bring your own food and we also brough a little shade tent. Made a little camp spot for ourselves on the lawn and spent 8 hours there. Great little kids slide and life jackets to rent for kids. Can get cool in the evening so bring a sweatshirt. Our family loved... More

Needs a huge fix!! Bathrooms are dirty! Pools are dirty! Rails are loose almost falling off! Stairs some are rotten. Lawsuit waiting to happen.... Children running everywhere, very few staff. Seemed packed, wondered if it was too full?!

Had alot of fun at the water slides the other day thanks to a Groupon I purchased but sadly I don't think I would ever go back without a major coupon :( We stayed maybe 3hrs which was sad because at Cultus Waterpark I could be entertained there all day long on the slides! The park's slides were very slow,... More

As much as this a top splashdown location, it works great for travelers who are early enough to catch a later ferry to Vancouver Island and enjoy one of the top places for kids to have fun before another "are we there yet" comment comes out.
