We went on recommendation and there was a queue but it is worth it. It’s only small and you get into little boats and taken round the inside of the cave. The guides were funny and it was very pretty. I am glad we went.

Four 7 Euros you get a five minute boat tip and that's it! Our guide didn't tell us anything about the cave except when the roof fell in and how deep the water was every few seconds. Really disappointing as there's not even really anything...More

The most beautiful cave I've seen! Stay long in the queue but it's worth the wait. The water is very, very cold, and the rock is gorgeous.

This was a very beautiful cave, but you don't spend very much time in there. I would go if you are in the area, but I wouldn't make a special trip just to see it.

Inexpensive and worth doing. It’s only 20 minutes (which I think it a good thing). Lovely views and the guides are one to take photos. We went out of season so there were no queues. Best to go early in day for the lighting. The...More

During our recent holiday on Kefalonia, we revisited these interesting caves. This is where the sea waters, which disappear into the "swallow holes" in Argostoli, reappear after an underground journey of some 15 kms. On our first visit, the boatmen serenaded us as they rowed...More

We visited the lake last week and found it interesting. It costs 7 Euros each but was worth a visit.

Absolutely as we didn't go on an organised trip. We had hired a car as we were staying in Agia Effemia which is about 10 mins drive away.
