It is the tomb of an Iranian historian, writer and poet called Hamdollah Mostoofi. The locals call the building "Gonbad deraz" or "Gonbaz deraz" which means the tall dome, because the structure is tall and pointy!

Hamdullah Mostofi was one of the biggest Islamic and Iranian historians that was living about 800 years ago and his book is one of the most reliable books about Iran and Islam history and here you can see part of that history
