We were at Kempton Park for a Young Drivers event and we're looking for a walk by the Thames when we drove through Sunbury and saw the Walked Garden. Curiosity took us in and we enjoyed a stroll around the garden (three adults and two...More

Lovely walk with young children to run around. The birds and plants/tress there are so old and beautifully really peaceful place to relax. The coffee shop is lovely and the cakes are devine.

I would not have found this quiet spot without a local recommendation. It provided a lovely lunch and a quiet retreat in a busy day. The gallery of embroidery and art works is also worth a visit (free entry from the cafe)

I met up with a friend for tea in the café and we sat by the window eating very good cake, watching the snow fall. So gorgeous and atmospheric, it could've been cut from a movie. Later we ventured out into the garden itself which,...More

After a walk around the walled garden, it's the perfect spot for a cup of tea and great cake. Not a lot of tables but people come and go constantly. If it's full, take another stroll around the garden!

The walled gardens are always fun for all the family and should definitely be visited if you are in the area.

This is a community cafe with a manager supported by volunteers. Bit pricey but great cake. Lovely gallery is home to the millennium tapestry. Well worth a visit.

We wandered in a for a stroll round. It's pretty small so you only need 10-15 minutes unless you want to sit and have a read/relax. There is a coffee shop but it was packed so we didn't bother. Will try again in spring

The Walled Garden is beautiful in all seasons. I visit at least 4 times a year to compare the seasons. It has a lovely little cafe selling teas and cakes staffed by volunteers. Alongside the cafe is the Embroidery Museum showing a full tapestry about...More
