The baths is one of my favourite camping spots!, I would say the best-camping spots is 3 till 10 because is close to everything, under the trees and away from road. The Baths have pool tables, table tennis, hot pool, coldish pool, hot baths, Rock pools ,hiking routes and tennis courts (bring own racket and ball). If you get the... More

We stayed at The Baths in February 2015 and returned recently for another slice of heaven. Once again, we enjoyed the natural mineral pools, one hot another cold. The newly-restored chalet, with well-equipped kitchen, private jacuzzi and braai area, was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the valley and distant mountains, surrounded by fields of citrus trees. All... More

Glad to hear of your experience at our resort and your compliments on the accommodation. Renovations have started in 2015 and we are almost finished with all our units. Looking forward to your next visit. More

Tried to book in for a couple of days from 5th Feb. to the 7th Feb 2016 but they were fully booked so we went there for the day and was very disappointed changing rooms are disgusting and all the accommodation is to close together in our opinion and very claustrophobic glad we found out before booking another time

Sorry to hear about your first impressions of the resort. Our resort has accommodation in different locations with chalets inside the kloof as well as very private valley view chalets. It is true that the changing rooms at the pools are in need of upgrading and these upgrades will start in the near future as well as upgrades to the... More

It was very relaxing experience. The unit we stayed at was very lovely, seems as if just been renovated, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cons: would be nice to have more hot spring baths. We stayed Monday-Tuesday and it was busy, i can only imagine how it would have been on the weekend... People come here for hot... More

Being forever on the search for hot springs, we were overjoyed to discover that Citrusdal was a mere 60km from our accommodation in Clanwilliam. It took merely a day in advance to book telephonically, and what a wonderful surprise we were met with when we arrived. As day visitors we were only too happy to have the less-discovered hot water... Glad to hear about your experience at The Baths. Our hot pool has a continuous flow of spring water and the pool temperature is 38 degrees celcius, making it ideal for an evening swim and especially a chilly winters day. Hope to see you soon. Regards. More

We are regulars at the Baths and always enjoyed this gem for it's water and tranquility and was always happy to be tucked away in this secret place with it's rich history and the buildings treasured and kept by its own family for generations. With our visit this week-end we were pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated unit and the... More

This is a very old facility but beautifully maintained. There are two major pools - one cool water, one nearly spa hot. We had to make a reservation even for day use but it is easy enough to do. It's not totally clear where things are or where you change into your suit but you'll figure it out. Good idea... More

Highly recommended to soak your troubles away and basically "switch off" As a city clicker we Totally enjoyed the quietness of Willy lodge, off the beaten track yet amazing views very modern with all the creature comforts. Btw, watch out for snakes amongst all the bushes and citrus trees 😜

Tell people about your experience: describe the place or activity, recommendations for travellers? We have camped at The Baths several times over the years and are always pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the sites and the pools. The staff are exceptional and the MacGregor restaurant always has a good plate of food. The jacuzzis are always a major attraction for... More
