Murano, Burano and Torcello Half-Day Sightseeing Tour

5,016 reviews
This sightseeing tour allows you to see three islands in the Venetian Lagoon in half a day. Visitors often visit Murano—well-known for its glass-blowing factory—but fewer make it to Burano and Torcello, with their lace-making shops and ornate palaces and churches. The tour also offers two departure times a day, making it easier to fit into your schedule.

This experience is well worth a visit. Not something that you see everyday. The demonstration of glass making was very interesting. Very impressive skills on display. Murano was a beautiful place to visit.

Me and my family LOVED this place. The demonstration was inspiring and the kids were in awe. We simply all had to buy something and support the business - particularly in these hard times.

After much research, I found this place which has an amazing a free (although breief) demonstration for glass blowing (tips accepted). The staff is super nice and they do a great job. After the demo, we toured the gift shop and found the pieces to be quite affordable! But the real highlight is the free demonstration!

I've been meaning to write this for quite some time, however as often is the case, life can get in the way. We visited Venice back over the Christmas 2019 break, a relatively quiet time, peaceful. We experienced a flood and exceptional sunshine and blue skys all in the one week. I was extremely keen to visit and find something for my mother and dragged our group along. We were lucky enough to meet Stefano, who is such a fantastic host. Calm, collected, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. We spent time perusing the vast collections of beautiful works. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and fantastic time. Made to feel welcome and valued. There is only one other experience that I could say comes close in the UK, in Bath, Mallory. Where the experience is so positive. So professional, yet you're welcomed and apprecaited. Aftersales experience was also second to none. Unfortunately one of the pieces purchased had a large crack running through the piece. Giorgio was first class. You couldn't wish for better customer service. After emailing in, Giorgio remained in constant communication, providing regular updates and communicating with another person, a human. Not a faceless customer services team with quotas and targets and KPIs, but respect and value. I know I've waffled on, but I had to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic art, experience, customer service that I recevied. I'm not sure when I'll get back over to Venice. But you can bet I'll be paying a visit and spending some time with Stefano and the team. Keep safe and look after the team! Look forward to seeing you in the hopefully not too distant future.

A very helpful & welcoming experience. If you appreciate art it is a must to visit when in Venice. Would recommend it to appreciate how their products are made and visit their amazing showrooms.
