Life sure was tough for those who lived in 'long houses'. The furniture and set-up of the 'home' was superb, and really gave an idea of life... followed up by a brilliant video. Really interesting to see how rural people lived. We live in a farmhouse, and our neighbours remember the conditions shown to visitors at La Ferme. Very well done, and deffo worth a visit.

We went with our 2 children - 11months & 2yrs old. Not huge amounts of animals but those they have you can touch, pet and interact with - sheep, goats, pigs, donkeys, horses & rabbits. Very interesting farm buildings / houses / gardens. We spent a lovely morning pottering here. It was a very relaxed easy holiday morning. My only... More
