We have recently discovered the delights of the Chanctonbury Ring and would recommend it to anyone who is able to walk a couple of miles. While some reviews have described the first part from the car park as being steep, when you're from Scotland and...More

Cycled out here on a morning cycle loop of the South Downs. It's a bit steep from the A24 but worth it. I stopped for a few minutes to look round before carrying on towards Cissbury Ring. Unfortunately the views were hidden by clouds/mist but...More

What a wonderful walk through the forest and downs. Starting from Wiston House it was a three hour round trip walk. The paths are marked with signs and some take a shorter route. The view was magnificent with the sea in the distance and around...More

When I visited there was a food van in the carpark but it looked dilapidated and I personally wouldn’t want to eat anything from it 🤮
