The boat can stay with you for the duration of your stay or you can arrange for pick up if you are planning to stay longer.

No you don't have to rent the whole boat. You can find other passengers going there and you split the cost.

Yes, via pump boat. Nice place to see sunrise or sunset, otherwise just a sandbar. Watch for the currents if you swim there.
