This independent garden centre is located in Englefield village, a short way off the A340 between Theale & Pangbourne. Whilst not as big as some of the major garden centres there is a good selection of plants, sundries & greetings cards, gifts etc in the...More

The Madness event on July 6th was absolutely appalling in all respects - apart from Madness and the Lightning Seeds, who were both excellent. However, the rest of the experience was dreadful. It took over one hour to leave the car park, There was no...More

Madness concert - they were good. The rest of the event was ruined by waiting 1hr 10 mins for a drink - to be charged £5.50 for a can of cider!! Stewards refusing to let people leave through one exit. Just a disorganised shambles of...More

Wonderful setting combined with great music from the Lighting Seeds and Madness. But it was all spoiled by hour long queues at the bar and no organisation of the exit from the car parks resulting in a 2 hour wait to get out.

Visited for the Tom Jones concert - he was great but here’s a few issues... 1. No information was provided about the start time other than “gates open at 5pm”. So we arrived some two hours early before anything happened at just after 7:30pm. 2....More

I’d like to say how well the staff did with the car parking at the end of the evening. Especially as they had to deal with a road traffic collision. Great job! Yes it took a while to get out. But if it was someone...More
