Excellent park. It costs $8 per day, or $50 per year. It is worth the money. You will need to drive through a gated community. No need to stop at the gate. just stay to the right and pass straight through. Once you get into the park, there are three parking area. The bathrooms are at the first lot. There... More

Beach was clean besides a few dead fish from a recent red tide event, but no trash and the like. Lots of seashells, families, and loads of fun for our 2.5 year old.

Great beach to rest and enjoy the serenity of the ocean! You will travel through a very nice neighborhood before arriving at the parking area. Go ahead and take the first right into the parking lot and park there if it's not full. Access to the beach is very easy and close to the parking lot! I saw Gopher Turtles... More

We truly enjoyed the beach area at the park. The waves were surprisingly good for the kids and adults to enjoy. The facilities including the bathrooms were convenient and clean. Be advised the beach itself doesn't have a lot of depth to it so it can get a bit busy at times. It was not crowded though. Also the decking... More

This was a very nice beach. The drive through the residential area to get to this beach is pretty. Very high dollar homes. Beautifully landscaped residential area. It costs $8 to park there. The beach was very pretty and we found a few nice smaller shells. This is my favorite beach so far. It is nicer than the beach near... More

The road to get to barefoot Beach was paved in bricks and the homes were beautiful. The beach was very nice too. I love this time of year because there are less people, the weather is perfect, less expensive to rent a vacation home and finding parking at the beaches are no problem at all.

This is the coolest beach....you have to drive through a gate community of really nice houses to get to this beach. We went early on a Saturday morning and it was not terribly crowded. We walked several hours and picked up some lovely shells. It was so relaxing and beautiful!

I was not heading for this beach but am glad I found it. It was uncrowded (Wednesday in May), clean and just enough people to feel safe. It's good for finding shells. You can walk a good distance along the shore or play in the water. It's shallow enough to go out a good way. I'd come back here if... More

It's over. We've found it. Why go to any other beach ever again? Ok, so there aren't amenities. Who cares! Amazingly clean beach. No crowd. Kids were in the water 100 feet in front of me and I had a perfect view to watch them without anyone in front of me. We had to stop to look at the turtles... More
