I have heard so much about this Market and it was everything and more than I expected. Stunning jewellery, wonderful food, and all manner of artistic delights!
The only disappointment was being served a hot chocolate made with store bought chocolate syrup and then overcharged.

When making a visit to Salt Spring try to take in the Saturday market. Open most of the year with tons of local artisans and lots of local colour. Good food to buy and eat. Often music in the park to chill too as well.

The bus goes to each ferry terminal on Salt Spring Island. There are 3 ferry terminals: One at the south end which is called Fulford Harbour, the other on the west side of the island called Vesuvias, and the third is Long Harbour on the eastern side. The bus meets the ferry and goes to Ganges which is the main village on the island. The market is approximately one block from the bus stop.
