If driving here be sure to take the main road via Sisian. I highly recommend this fascinating smaller Monastery for anyone who appreciates hidden gems off the beaten track. Bird watching in this area v good.

I was very surprised when visited in this place. Monastery complex is large with a lot of tales and scenes to explore. Place to shoot good photos or just listen the stories (you need good guide).
