Let's take a Trip to Dalton Park 'n pop into Morrison's for Lunch. Parking is Ample after driving 25 miles but not So for the 'Brunch'. The Queue to be served was only 5 deep however the wait was 2O minutes. We Weren't in a hurry however things didn't bide well as the Meal was to be another 30 minutes. No, said we - we'll just have a cup of tea. 10 minutes Later, it's on its way to Me. What a Rediculous situation..Four Staff to cook 'n Serve. It is Saturday at 2pm..You Lose Out..It's what you Deserve!!

Pleasant for a look around but dont expect too many bargains. The larger chains tend to sell things made for outlets only which kind of defeats the object really. Also dogs are now allowed in the centre. While I appreciate this might be great for the owners its not ideal for small children or the elderly and disabled going around shops having to avoid dog leads and over friendly dogs especially in some of the smaller shops. Would it not have been better as a compromise to restrict the dogs to the mall only?, not everyone wants to be bothered with someones dog in a shop or cafe.

The Cosmetic Company Store is a shop I very frequently visit and spend at. Today I went with my family and was disgusted at the way I was treated. So much so- I will not be going back despite being a loyal customer of many years. Upon entering I was stopped at the door and told I had to carry my dog. Then another member of staff came and gave me a lecture about why dogs aren’t allowed in the shop. Then at the till point a mature woman with cropped white hair was very argumentative about taking an email address from me and would not let it go. She even smirked when she said they always take an email address and read an email address out to me. I told her I did not want to argue with her about it. She still continued to tell me about the email address and didn’t make eye contact with me saying we always have taken one. She was very disrespectful in her manner. I left feeling angry and flustered, disgusted at how I was treated. It spoiled my day out. She needs some training on how to treat customers, the retail sector is on its knees and you have staff like this working in shops!!!

I visit Morrison’s in Dalton Park most days as it’s my local supermarket. The state of the store is a disgrace. Always boxes, wrapping, pallets, wheels, ladders, and on one occasion a Stanley knife, lying about in the aisles on a daily basis. This store is an accident waiting to happen! But despite complaining twice directly, nothing has been done.

Won’t go back to Dalton park , omg Dogs!!! Witnessed two owners keeping loud barking dogs apart but the worst thing is dogs peeing up planters and owners just walking on ! Not the place for me .
