Visitors need to climb the 150 steps to reach the most beautiful view of Coron. The climb is very much worth to see the most picturesque view. I brought my rubber shoes for this climb and for some slippery limestones steps. You need to wait for your turn for photo as there are a number of tourists. Then your guide... More

When I read about the 150 steps up and 150 steps down I was a bit reluctant as it had been raining and wasn't sure how slippery it would be. I must say that it's well worth the trip. At the top of the steps the lookout actually overlooks the ocean where the boats were docked and NOT the lake... More

The lake was so calm and peaceful. Hardly anyone else there. I can see this being a popular destination, the peacefulness might go amiss if you were to visit in large groups.

Not much to see. Good pictures otherwise not impressed. Nothing to see really but the view. Im kinda disappointed on all the island hopping in Philippines.

You might be intimidated on climbing up the steep hill, take your time, Don't forget to put on a mosquito repellent as it gets dense and mosquitoes love me.. stop at the top of the hill and see the view take some pictures and move on to going down the lake. The lake is amazing, view is breath taking. It... More

We booked with our hotel and got lucky and booked with a freelance tour guide! Gem!! She knew to get there early, and sure enough, we were first ones there. Worth the hike up and back!! Thank you Gem!!

The long walk to the lake is worth the effort. The place is magestic, the waters are clear and ideal for lazy snorkling ; just laughing and talking while floating in the lake. The forest and high rock formation complemented the serenity of the lake. I felt inner peace and relaxation by just snorkeling and swimming around.

Take your time climbing down to the lake and out of it also. The rocks are quite slippery. The lake is crowded with tourists and locals, but the place is still spectacular!
