Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a hidden gem! This is a must visit attraction when you are in Camrose. I love the mini grain bin, the carefully selected artefacts, the care in presenting and preserving history and the wonderful hospitality.

This was excellent. Very disappointed when they didn't have it in 2015. I hope they bring it back in 2016

Lovely gardens and an interesting museum. As well the tea room serves absolutely delicious pumpkin cinnamon buns and cranberry scones baked by volunteers. A pleasant location that seemed to be being enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. This is a museum that could be enjoyed by all ages.

Not really my thing but if your into trains then you'll love it. The old guy who runs it is a train fanatic. His family is all train engineers / conductors / brakemen. He goes to train conventions. He's got his own mini train track models in the back yard.

Great place to bring the family. A lot of artifacts pertaining to the railways new and old. Beautiful gardens to walk around and a tea house experience with the BEST Homemade Pies. Staff are dressed up in olden day clothing and are some of the friendliest people you could meet. Another must see in Camrose!!

Every time we see an historic railway station being beautifully preserved and used, it makes our hearts glow. They've done a fantastic job in Camrose, turning the old railway station into a really fun place to visit, with gorgeous interior and exterior developments. The railway buff will be so pleased with the station displays, just enough to tell the different stories, not too much so that it looks like a warehouse. They have a tearoom, but it only operates on the weekend, so we missed out on that (big unhappy face). But the garden was in its glory when we were there. The garden railway was quite stunning. And we don't recall any train station museum that has done so much work on outbuildings, they were brilliant. They also have a little jigger, AKA speeder, and it looks like it gives short rides on their 100 m track. If you're in or even near Camrose, and have a molecule of interesting in the railway, you'll enjoy this place as much as we did.

Lots of interesting train artifacts for adults, with a "speeder" that often runs up and down the track for the little children. Also a playground made like a wooden train for them to practice their engineering skills. May different activities throughout the summer, often with the little ones in mind - face painting, crafts, bubbles and old fashioned games in the beautiful gardens.

This was the 3rd time we visited the Station for this tea. The lunch was great but a long time to wait for it after visiting only 3 gardens. We waited approx. an hour and a half for lunch. The fellow that seemed to be in charge said we would be carpooling and that there would be 2 ladies coming with me in my vehicle. I did not feel it was his place to do that.
