My husband and I visited here while on our honeymoon. We booked a vegan lunch platter and it was some of the best food we’ve eaten! Dietary requirements are really thoughtfully catered to here and you get excellent food - not just an afterthought. We also did the tasting flight for $10 and had a great time learning about the wines, cider, and wild card beer. We’ll be back next time we’re up north!

Again, we're very happy for Tamar Valley Wine Tours to have included Loira Cellar Door in their Discovery Tour for us. Adrian explained a lot of the more intricate details to us, what makes a small vinyard tick and such, that was very enjoyable. The included massive cheese platter was a good idea, definetely needed and much appreciated to balance the wines we had been sipping throughout the day. The wines were great, but Loira's smooth Pink Lady Cider really took us by surprise! We'll be coming back for more, thanks Adrian!

We enjoyed two nights at this gorgeous little place in the Tamar Valley. It is right beside the Cellar door where you can sample some wines and enjoy a stunning platter. Room was very clean and well thought out. Bed was king size and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Host's were friendly and helpful. Thankyou Loira Vines

Sadly, it takes a couple of rehomed mainlanders to demonstrate to the locals just how utterly superb a cellar door experience should be. In all my years of showing friends around the region, I have NEVER seen a better platter or tasting! Focussing on fresh, seasonal and utterly local produce, the Loira Vines platter showcased northern Tasmania from every aspect of aqua and agriculture, complimented perfectly with knowledgeable, witty and gently educational tasting range. Divine green sward dining in the dappled shade, frogs in the dam, kids playing with the sprinkler and damned fine wine, cider and beer. Thank you Adrian, for the smallest cellar door on the Tamar, you've raised the standard impressively. Definitely coming back!!!
