This museum is inside the fortress. The exhibits were excellent and gave a really good outline of the Japanese invasion between 1592-98. The fortress itself is a living memorial to those who died defending Korea during this war. Well worth visiting.

We can compare b/t Korea and Japan peridical historu. Especially,it is only war history museum here. Be cautious! Dwell on your point of view.

This museum is a nice little set up, with relics, paintings and records of the past eras of jinju, including the warring periods with Japan. A prerecorded (english) naration is available for rental. Its a good place to get away from the summer heat.

It was a great opportunity to learn history of Jinju and many of the relics of the past. I really enjoyed looking at the models of Korean traditions and culture.
