Pleasant setting beside river. Two different eating places with outdoor seating. Plenty of cheap parking. £1 in 2018. High end clothing, lovely kitchen shop, Dartington glass, stationery shop and local food and drink. There is also a craft centre and knitting wool shop.

Pleasant grounds, plenty of parking and a variety of shops. Sadly since my last visit the book shop has shut. It’s a shame that the shops don’t prove more popular as there is a great selection of locally made goods available.
I was expecting more local glass ware and I remember being able to watch it but it’s all a bit mishmashed now.most of the shops now do items you can buy anywhere,I wasn’t impressed, overpriced and not 100% local
