This is within the Biswabharati University Campus and is the school of arts. Very impressive and full of highly talented students and teachers. Lots of beautiful sculptures around the place. Must visit to feel the real Santiniketan.

The fine arts n creative section of the Vishwabharathi is Kala Bhavan is all about.Roam around the campus and one is bound to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere..music ringing out from the different studios like sculpture, carpentry, pottery and more.

Kala Bhavana (Institute of Fine Arts) is a noted institution of education and research in visual arts, founded in 1919, it is the fine arts faculty of the Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan, established by Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.

This building is made of clay only and it painted totally black. The walls are the canvas of many famous artist like Ram Kingkor. Entering the building is not allowed but the outer walls of the building is enough for visiting the awesome artistic work.
