Interesting if you are in the city center but really worth going out of your way to see. The trains by the river are also in this area and provide a pretty view of the Madeira River

this is the symbol of Porto velho city. The old caixas dágua from the Devil´s Railroad era are located in a central square named after them.

It's worth the visit of you're interest I historical tourism. Read about it before you go. They are copy of the Animaniacs (Warner Brothers) water tower. Avoid going at night, it can be a dangerous place.

I recomend to read about this place before visiting. The history around it and the development that it brought to the city help understanding and apreciate the visit to this place. Don't need to reserv more than 15 minutes to this place. I recomend to...More

The "Tres Marias" are three huge old water tanks located on a square, just that. They have a historical significance but it is not interesting.
